A small precision co extrusion blown film machine consists of 3 sets of 20 single screw extruders, a three-layer co extrusion blown film die, a blown film auxiliary machine, and a PLC centralized control system. Different (or identical) plastic raw materials are melted, plasticized, and extruded by three extruders, and then co extruded into a concentric sleeve die. The blown film is formed into a thin film with independently adjustable width, thickness, and layer ratio.
