Overview of Main Structures

 


The main components of this unit are:

(1) Extrusion system (three sets): A and C layer screws ¢ 60, B、 Layer screw ¢ 80; Hydraulic screen changing device.

(2) First membrane bubble forming system: cooling water ring lifting device, first membrane bubble inner and outer cooling water rings, first traction device, first membrane bubble herringbone clamp, first membrane bubble diameter control device, and constant speed control device.

(3) Second foam forming system: second traction device, foam stabilization device, second foam cooling air ring, and oven.

(4) Joint traction winding device: herringbone clamp, third traction device, fourth traction device, shaping device, dual station flipping center winding and winding device.

 


The material is melted and plasticized through an extruder and enters the five layer conical stacking die head. After internal and external cooling and shaping, it forms the first film tube. Then, it is heated and stretched to form the second film bubble. It enters the rotating collection device and is rolled into a film roll.

 Electrical principles and operation

 

The power supply of this machine is a three-phase four wire system, with a voltage of 380/220V and an installed power of 380KW. The recommended cross-sectional area of the power supply wire is greater than 185 x 2mm2. All electrical cabinets and racks should be reliably grounded! The electrical system of this machine is mainly divided into six parts, namely extruder control, barrel, die heating, oven heating, traction, winding control, etc. The specific details of each part are as follows:

 

Extruder control part

Adopting variable frequency speed regulation and open-loop speed control. The operation is divided into linkage/manual. Manual adjustment adjusts the extrusion speed of each layer separately, and during linkage, the speed of each extruder synchronously rises and falls according to their respective set proportional relationships

 

Heating of barrel and mold head

The heating section has a total of 32 zones, including 5 zones for the outer and inner barrels, 4 zones for the middle barrel, 1 zone for changing the mesh, 1 zone for each flow channel, 5 zones for the mold head, and 1 zone for the mouth mold. It is divided into manual and automatic modes. The manual fan does not work and cools naturally when it exceeds the temperature limit. The heating part consists of a solid-state relay, a temperature control meter, a heater, and a cooling fan. In addition, each zone is protected by circuit breakers and fast fuses. During maintenance, the circuit breaker should be disconnected to ensure safety!

 

Oven heating section

The oven heating is divided into 10 zones, represented by "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10" respectively. "1" and "2" provide preheating for the membrane tube, while "8", "9", and "10" provide extension heating. The temperature measured by infrared temperature measurement alone serves as a supplementary heat source for the membrane tube, in order to achieve the required temperature for inflation. 8 "is an additional heating zone that heats the inflated film bubbles. This oven system consists of three layers of insulation boxes, each with tightly and evenly arranged infrared ceramic heating elements inside. The control requirements for the oven are high, and a power regulating controller and high-precision temperature control meter are used. The temperature control meter has PID regulation and fuzzy control functions. Automatically switch to different control modes based on temperature deviation to improve temperature control accuracy. The output of the temperature control meter is 1-20mA, which controls the triggering phase angle of the three-phase power regulator. During use, the temperature deviation is within ± 0.5 ℃. If the temperature deviation is large after replacing the heater, it should be self-tuning to restore its control accuracy. Please refer to the temperature control meter manual for the self-tuning process.

 

Traction section

This machine has four traction modes. The first and second traction modes control the traction speed of the first bubble tube, and the third traction mode controls the stretching ratio of the second cannon tube. The third and fourth traction modes use variable frequency speed regulation. The second traction mode is divided into manual and automatic modes. In manual mode, the speed is adjusted separately in speed mode. In automatic mode, the second traction speed is controlled by the position of the jump roller. By adjusting the pressure of the jump roller cylinder, the tension of the diaphragm remains unchanged.

 

Roll up section

The winding machine adopts a dual station flipping form, with tension control and a dedicated winding function frequency converter. The tension control module calculates the current diameter of the film roll based on the diameter of the film and roller, line speed, and tension settings, and controls the speed and torque of the motor to maintain constant tension. The control feature is stable control without vibration.

The control of the winding machine is divided into manual and automatic. Each action is operated separately in manual mode; In automatic mode, when the meter is counted, an alarm is triggered and the flipping frame flips. The winding station starts the winding roll, and the other winding roll stops after a delay. The winding machine is equipped with an electric eye to detect the diameter of the film roll. When the diameter is greater than a certain value, the flipping frame flips electrically, and the distance between the film roll and the introduction roller is maintained at a certain value to make the film roll flat. The winding machine is equipped with auxiliary winding.
