The following agreement has been reached between Party A and Party B regarding the purchase of thickness gauges by Party A from Party B

2、 Payment method:

1. After signing the contract, pay a 40% deposit.
2. Pay 60% before shipping the thickness gauge, and pay the full amount after acceptance

3、 Delivery date: Within 50 days after receiving the deposit, the goods will be shipped from Hubei.
4、 Delivery location: Hubei.
5、 The packaging and costs shall be borne by Party B, and the packaging shall be carried out in accordance with Party B's factory standards.
6、 The transportation and costs shall be borne by Party B for the ordinary logistics transportation to the port.
7、 The second party shall supply X-ray thickness gauges and ensure their production and use by the users.
8、 Acceptance criteria: The entire device operates normally. All test item data output is accurate.

10、 The equipment warranty period is one year. Please refer to Appendix 2 for the Maintenance Agreement.。

After sales service

1、 Technical data
1 copy of the user manual for the thickness gauge (including system principle, flowchart, and maintenance operation manual)

2、 Installation service information
1. The supplier shall arrive at the buyer's site for installation and commissioning within 4 days after receiving the installation notice from the buyer. If the location is overseas, the cost will be borne by the purchaser.
2. During the installation and debugging period, the purchaser shall arrange at least two technical personnel to cooperate with the seller for installation and debugging. If the location is overseas, the cost will be borne by the purchaser.

3、 Personnel training

After installation, debugging, and normal operation, the seller shall provide a 2-day usage training for the buyer's technical personnel at the buyer's domestic factory. If the training location is abroad, the cost shall be borne by the buyer.

4、 Maintenance service
1. Repair service response time: Domestic service personnel arrive on site within 48 hours.
2. The system comes with a one-year free warranty, including a 2-year warranty for the radiation source and sensor, and lifetime maintenance. After the warranty period, only maintenance costs will be charged for maintenance.
3. Maintenance costs beyond the warranty period include:
Travel expenses, component costs, and technical personnel labor costs (not exceeding 500 yuan per day).
4. During the free warranty period, if the malfunction is caused by the user's violation of operating procedures or due to negligence
External faults (such as earthquake, fire, external force damage, etc.) shall be the responsibility of the purchaser for the maintenance costs of the seller.
If the buyer fails to perform in accordance with Article 2 (Payment Method) of the contract, the above maintenance agreement shall become invalid, and the seller shall not be responsible for any maintenance.

5、 The device requires peripheral conditions

1. Power supply: National standard power socket AC220V.

2. Environmental temperature: 0-40 ℃.

3. Special requirements for equipment foundation.

6、 Operator requirements

Familiar with plastic production line technology, with junior high school or above education and training, proficient in using thickness gauges.
